Incoming CMO, Medibank
Paul Eleftheriou brings more than 10 years of experience as a health service executive, most recently serving as Chief Medical Officer at Western Health, a multi-campus health network with a budget of more than $1 billion. Mr Eleftheriou has extensive experience in health service management, with particular expertise in health workforce reform, corporate and clinical governance, and system leadership across both the public and private health sectors. From 2026, Mr Eleftheriou is Chief Medical Officer at Medibank Private. Prior to this, he was Principal and Co-Lead of Digital Health at Nous Group, a Melbourne-based international management consultancy.
