Doctor, writer, educator, lecturer, father, and a terrible gardener. Has an insatiable curiosity into patient stories, diagnostic dilemmas and complex clinical presentations.

Completed dual fellowships in General Practice and Pain Management. Formerly the National Assessment Advisor for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Recent member of the QLD Faculty of pain medicine committee, and the Faculty of Pain Medicine Learning and Teaching Committee. Currently redesigning and relaunching the Faculty of Pain Medicine National knowledge examination. Examiner for RACGP and FPM, writing AKT, KFP and Clinical exam questions and direct examining. Also examining long casts for FPM. Completing a masters degree in digital health. Passed the Certified Health Informaticians exam.

Yearly writes and Mc’s a pain and musculoskeletal conference for approximately 250 health professionals and teaches medical students in clinic as a senior lecturer with Griffith University Medical School.
