Rhonda is a seasoned executive and board member with more than 20 years’ experience across healthcare, tertiary education, and the private sector. She specialises in developing and implementing strategies that address complex challenges within large organisations, focusing on measurable results, building high-performing teams, fostering innovative partnerships, and delivering efficient services. Rhonda holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
