
GP, Medical Writer, Editor and Blogger, AMWA
Dr Justin Coleman has been working independently in the field since 1996, soon after graduating in medicine at Melbourne Uni. He is a life member of The Australasian Medical Writers Association (AMWA), having served on its committee for many years, including five as AMWA President.
Dr Coleman has led dozens of medical writing projects for national health organisations, working part-time as a GP and dedicating the other half to medical education, editing and writing. He is also a senior Medical Educator with RACGP Qld, responsible for upskilling 1000+ GP Supervisors; I teach the teachers. Currently Dr Coleman is co-editing the largest-selling medical textbook in Australia’s history (Murtagh’s General Practice).
