Natalie Phan is Executive Manager of Health at Quantium, where she leads AI and analytics engagements across pharmaceutical, medical tech and healthcare provider organisations. She began her career as a clinician before moving through hospital management and consulting into AI and analytics. Natalie holds Master’s degrees in Health Administration and Podiatric Medicine, an academic appointment at Monash University, and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Patients Australia. Her work spans strategy through to production across both public and private health, with a particular focus on landing new technology inside legacy health systems.
