Gihan is a Melbourne based GP and health technology leader. He works clinically across general practice and aged care. He practises at Next Practice Prahran and Casey Medical Clyde, and contributes to system-level work through the Monash Health GP Advisory Committee, Polar/Outcome Health and as a GP Advocate with the RACGP.
He is involved in digital health initiatives including Swiftio, Heidi Health, Tech4Docs, ISBAR.AI and GPCCMPie, with a focus on improving clinical communication, care coordination, and workflow design. His perspective is grounded in day-to-day clinical practice, with a focus on strengthening integration between primary and acute care to improve continuity and patient outcomes.
